Delegate Sassy Saleeby (MO ’23) recently co-authored and presented a poster presentation about NYSCamp with her mom and fellow NYSCamp alum, Dr. Patricia “Trish” Saleeby (PA ’88) at the prestigious World Health Organization – Family of International Classifications Network Annual Meeting 2023 in Bonn, Germany last October. The poster was titled “Inclusion of the International Classifications in a STEAM Enrichment Program for Secondary Students” and focused on introducing WHO to the “next generation of medical/health care providers, clinicians, and researchers.” According to Trish, “It was based on the directed study from camp. It was very well-received by delegates at WHO-FIC.”
